  • Owner/Dr of Physical Therapy

    Tamra attended St. Gregory’s University, and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2010 from Langston University.

    Tamra enjoys getting to know each one of her patients on a personal level to help assist them in reaching their physical therapy goals. She works with a diverse range of patients and diagnoses, and believes that the correct diagnosis is a key step in developing the proper plan of care for her patients.

    She resides in Van Buren with her husband, J.B., and their two sons, Jalen and Jarren. In her free time, Tamra enjoys going to and watching sporting events.

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Michael earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2025 from Arkansas College of Health Education (ACHE).

    He resides in Fort Smith with his wife, Ariana, and their daughter, Gabriella.

    In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with family and working on cars.

  • PTA

    Crystal attended Arkansas Tech University - Ozark, and graduated in 2022 from the PTA program. She then joined Alma PT in June of the same year.

    Crystal tries to always take into consideration the goals of each patient, along with their prior level of function, to better help them get back to doing what they love to do without the restriction of pain.

    She resides in Scranton with her husband, Aaron, and her three children. In her free time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family, barrel racing, swimming, and being outdoors.
